The office is close to the Prefecture of the Rhône and to the Laws Courts. It is served by a cycle path, the tram line T1 stop Liberté and the underground B stop Place Guichard. The Office is easy to reach by its local or external clients.
It only takes 10 minutes by underground to reach the Office from the SNCF railway station and 50 minutes of shuttle to join Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport.

The patrimonial reorganisation of independent professionals concerns the craftsmen, the tradesmen and the liberal professionals wishing to exercise in a company or to go into partnership with a third party. A legal and tax feasibility study is carried out before any decision making.
The Office can also intervene in commercial litigation in order to represent one or several parties before Commercial Court when there is a lawsuit on invoicing, claim recoveries, unfair trading, improper breach of contracts …
Insurances law concerns construction insurances and personal liability. However, lawsuits can occur as regard dwelling disasters or accidents.

 The Office is involved in property and business law in the United Arab Emirates and especially in the Emirate of Dubaï. The Office knows how to advisewith precision any investor wishing to buy one or more properties in order to occupy it, to rent it or to occupy it as a second home.
Dubaï is an emerging market but it has legal practices different from the ones in France. Dubaï attracts investors from everywhere thanks to its large opening, its stability, but also thanks to its pragmatism. The lawyer aims at carrying out legal and tax feasibility studies, at negotiating and at amending the sales contact in order to avoid any legal risk. He also checks the compatibility of the contract according to the French law and the standards of private international law. The Office accompanies or represents the investor throughout the investment by systematically going there.

Work methods and fees
The Office commits itself to offer certain accessibility and to inform to client on the work in progress, on the dates of the stages of a procedure and to answer to any questions very regularly.
The Office answers for a strict deontology and especially concerning the independence. It can advise a client against a project doomed to failure and to refuse it.
Concerning the fees, the Office establishes an agreement in which there is the mode of payment.
It can be of three different orders:
- Inclusive: the fees are fixed for a service in demand.
- Hourly rate: It depends on the files, on what is at stake and on the difficulty of the case.
- Fees for result : when the files allows it, it can be asked a basic rate and a percentage of the result.
